I talked to Doug Saito this afternoon, and he indicated that the 31 Dec. '99 deadline for getting a free issue of Chip Chat by ordering one or more of the Harvey Fuller Collection Auction Catalogue(s) is not a hard date, as the mail service has been overloaded...
