I store my chips in old cigar boxes & keep track of my entire collection on 3 by 5 index cards. I only collect chips from St. Kitts so the task is real easy. I almost have 1/2 of a cigar box full and I still have 12 index cards left from the stack of 25 I bought 3 years ago. I really pity you guys who have to use spreadsheets, data bases, color copies & BANK VAULTS!!! The word is, SPECIALIZE!
