Sorry Gene, I did not intend to imply that you literally posted a set of written instructions, my meaning by calling it "your instructions" was simply that for the year 2000 millinnium to be correct as you "STRONGLY" support, that the starting with "zero" method of counting must be employed, but never is for any other purpose that I know of.
