The LV Review Journal reports:
The Resort at Summerlin has received a
temporary certificate of occupancy for its second hotel tower, The Regent Grand Palms, and has begun
accepting reservations for it immediately after the new
year.
The six-story tower, including 255 luxury guest
rooms and suites, and a restaurant and lounge, is the
second of two Regent hotels to open at the resort. The
286-room Regent Grand Spa tower opened July 15.
The temporary operating certificate also allows for
the opening of Parian restaurant and Tazzas lounge.
