I ain't buying it, Archie. If he's suddenly going to give us that old, "Hey, I was only kidding routine" it's either because:

1) He finally realized he's been wrong all along and doesn't want to have to say, "I"M SORRY, I WAS WRONG"!! -- or --

2) He just wants to be able to issue ANOTHER set of MILLENNIUM chips next year! -- or --

3) Both of the above.
