Shortly after the New Year, those of you who regularly receive them will be getting the next Address Book Special (ABS). It will consist of three chips from North Las Vegas used in the 50’s and 60’s. The club in which the chips were issued in has been closed for over 30 years.

Address Book Specials are advance or discounted notices of chips, which later are offered either on the Chips Off the Old Block website or in the CC>CC quarterly magazine. During 1999, some of the Address Book Specials were as follows:

Kings Castle - Two previuosly unknown Cristy Jones Free Play chips: $1 & $5

Cal Neva Lodge - $1 "S" Mold, $1 Rectangle Mold, $5 "T" Mold, $100 "T" Mold

Oliver’s 25c - Hard-to-find Lake Tahoe fractional
