the Nevada Chips and Tokens.
Regulation 12
12.060 Use of chips and tokens.
1. Chips and tokens are solely representatives of the value which evidence a debt owed to their custodian by the licensee that issued them and are not the property of anyone other than that licensee.

Now that paragraph could be an interesting clause for those chip/token dealers and collectors in NV if a casino were to order a dealer or collector to return "THEIR PROPERTY" back to them for redemption. I suppose that they could have gaming enforce that request.
Although we as collectors/dealers never get to read the regulations we're subject to them. So, even if you have a chip or token from Nevada in your hot little pocket or collection according to Nevada regulations it really belongs to the casino.
Could a Nevada casino order you(the custodian) not to sell "THEIR" active chips and tokens on the auction sites, web sites, newspapers or magazines?
I know, I know....A FAR FETCHED Scenario!
Thank you Gene for the copy of the Regs.
