Why even try to confuse the birthday of Christ (which is an educated guess based on the time taxes were collected) with the element of time. Since man has not always recorded time, there is no way other than by divine intervention that anyone can know calendar dates. According to Nostradamus' predictions, time overlaps from century to century anyway; he could be just as correct as t the Pope or anyone else; perhaps a study of the book of Genesis would give us some insight, but no absolutes, into time. Also consider how we count centuries; if next week is the beginning of the 21st century, then it must be the beginning of the new millenium.....I think.
As far as the concept of "zero" goes, did we consider both positive and negative integers before making that comment? To have less than zero, must mean there is a "zero" and my bank balance proves it from month to month!!!
But, whatever the year, whatever the century, whatever the millennium, life goes on and I suppose it will for some time after we are all gone. Enjoy it guys, it is very brief.
