Our friend Dionysius was counting and recounting for
many years before he was convinced he had it
right to be able to present it to Pope Gregory. While mankind can change
history with pen and ink.... no man can change time.
Though Christ may have been born anywhere between
8-4 B.C. and as far up to A.D. 30 is not important.
There is as
much time between 1 B.C. and A.D. 1 as there is
space on Larry's yardstick between where 22-inches
ends and 23-inches begins. If we were to assume
that Christ was born on what may have been 25
December A.D.1....those who wish to celebrate his
2000 Birthday will do so one year from early this
morning at 00:00:01 in another 365-days. From A.D.1
to A.D. 2001 is 2000-years. Today, 25 December
1999, at 00:00:01 was the 1,999th Birthday of
Christ... for those who wish to belive so.
