Sorry, but I have no idea who this person was. I do know the chips were used in Chicago, too, as that's where I purchased them...and probably used at a bunch of other places, too. <g> I dumped a load of the chips that also had cigarette burns on them, as do lots of poker chips when players would rest their cigarettes on their stacks. Did this someone tell you what the back-to-back, interlaced, C's stood for?
