IMO it was a win. The overface sale of the chips was stopped at the time.

I agree 100% with you. I think the collecting of CO chips will be hurt very much. There is not much chance of overface sales in places like NV, MS, NJ, and other states with strict gaming GCB's.
I see no point in assulting the greedy casinos. I think it would take an organized plan of attack on CO GCB. They have the power to stop it, the same as NV. Maybe, take it to the Governor. If you guys want to organize it, I will do whatever I can to help.
It is very sad and the hobby will suffer for it.
