This chip was included with a group of New Orleans area chips
by Louis Marshall on the cover of a Gaming Times magazine.
I don't know if Louis has valid info that it is from his area
or if he got the chip along with other N.O. material and assumed
that it belongs.

I got mine about a year ago from John.
