We fought this fight with the Lodge in Colorado a couple of years ago. Colorado gaming got involved. It was a grand battle and chippers all over the country got involved. To make a long story short, WE WON. I wrote a couple of columns about it. They were in Gaming Times and the Club magazine.

Looks like the Win was short lived.
