Any time we have two PEOPLE with differing opinions, each will "have an opinion that is not shared by all". Your "two lawyers at trial" comment was gratuitous.
My example did NOT say, or even imply, that there were 140,000 chip collectors. Just that if 2000 chips are issued, there is only one for each 140,000 people in the country (give or take a few).
