Skip, I have the sinking feeling the the "other" bidder in your overbidding may have been me. Nobody complains about overpriced chips more than I. However, if the ad is not misleading, I have no one to blame but myself. What I do disagree with, is when people on this board defend the seller even when there IS a misleading advertisement (like RARE, etc). What is normally mentioned as a defense is "that's how you learn" or "you have to pay for an education" or "you should have done your homework", blah, blah, blah. That is wrong, PERIOD.
