buys new chips at a casino, buys old chips where ever they find them (if the price is right), buys chips they've never seen THEN asks "where the hell are these from?". A Chipper buys (and/or) sells (and/or) trades chips.

I don't know anyone in our hobby that is solely a seller, solely a buyer, or solely a trader.

While some comparisons need to be made to coin collecting to establish a common language (rarities come to mind), THIS IS DIFFERENT! ....AND THAT'S GOOD!!!!
