I, like Archie, think that a chip becomes RARE when it is extremely hard to find a dealer or a collector that has one that they are willing to give up. It is not a chip that is limited to 500 chips that only a small percent of collectors have in their collection. That is as defined, limited, not rare.

Rare is a term that is over used everywhere.
