Thanks for pointing out the important point about C&S chips. So if the design is printed on the outside, it's not a C&S? That's why the Nuggett roulette doesn't make the grade. I've seen worn versions of these. Someone forgot to print on the back. <G>
The simple version of what I was trying to communicate was, the bidder at $100 on the over priced chip, has also bid high on a number of other auctions. The sellor has other chips and can distinguise between a "Nazi" chip (which isn't, and knows the term crest and seal. So he's no dummy. He should know that the TCR value was established before the boxes of these yellow Binions chips were discovered.
I don't think he's a shill. I think the bidder is getting burned. (personal opinion of course <G>)
