After spending over an hour reading what is probably the longest one day thread this board has ever seen it is easy to come to one conclusion. While there may be disagreement over the methods there IS agreement that we must promote if this Club is to grow and prosper. This is where I take my shot! Has this thread motivated anyone enough to volunteer to chair the 1999 Convention publicity committee? I know this is a blatant and shameless way to bring this up, but it is probably the best chance I'll ever have. I'll make sure my mailbox has plenty of room for all the e-mail responses.

Seriously we need to fill this position if the Convention and Club are going to continue to prosper. I hope everyone will give this strong consideration. Thanks!
