The Toy Tiger was an all male strip joint for the ladies pleasure
in recent years. There was no gaming there as far as I know.
The chips appear to be the cheap injection mold plastic, not
the Tommy Haines clay composition chips. As Roy says, they are
probably souvenir chips.
