There is a very serious violation that should be brought to the attention of the "Ebay Police." That violation is the misuse of Registrant information for the purpose of Spamming.

It is a violation of Ebay policy to obtain email addresses of registered users for the purpose of sending them unsolicited email.

I didn't not receive this particular piece of Spam, but I urge everybody who did receive it to forward it to safeharbor@ebay.com along with a request that they take immediate action to prevent further SPAM.
