The six number bet pays at 5 to one, the three number at 11 to one, and if you do the math, on these and all the rest, they all have a house advantage of 5.27%.

Try this if you still don't believe me. Three number bet. You win 11 to one. 11 x 3/38 -1 x 35/38 = -2/38 0r about .0526

Probability of a win is 3/38, probability of a loss is 35/38, you bet $1 and if one of the three numbers hits you win $11

A single zero wheel is 2.7% house advantage. Does anyone still have these in Las Vegas?
