I, too, received this offer. At first blush I saw nothing that would require the eBay police. Just a lot of puffery. Then I thought about the "going to each casino on New Years eve" part and thought he must be lying. I went to the 10 casinos on the boardwalk one afternoon. That alone pretty well knocked me out. This guy will go to all 12 on New Years Eve? I don't see it. Ooops I just saw that he said he will certify that he will do it. Can't ask for better proof of authenticity than that.
