I have one of these red cord chips which I think I got in June at the Orleans. In any event, I have no attribution for it. The Ebay seller calls it the "Hot Springs Club." However, TGT doesn't show a club by that name in Hot Springs (or elsewhere]. I've bought several things from the dealer who has some old Texas chips he has been offering on Ebay so I have no problems with him. Does anyone know if his attribution is correct? I have cleverly left my Hertel book at the office.
