The AP reported yesterday that there is a proposal before the Seneca Nation for two area casinos--one in Buffalo and one in Niagra Falls. If approved, temporary casinos would be in place within four months from the compact. The proposal has been advanced by a partnership consisting of the Delaware North Co., a Buffalo sports concession conglomerate and the Niagara Falls Redevelopment Corp.
