With all the bets the same on a roulette layout (excluding the 0-00-1-2-3 which is worse) I guess throwing it down on two columns or the upper and lower 1/3rds, wouldn't change much.

But personally I like to just splash those things all over, wherever my psychic connection and wheel tuned alignment predicts the ball will fall. (aka totally random!) <G> But the thrill is when I hit one of those 36 to one single numbers.
