When I was at the chip show at Arizona Charlies last June, I picked up a chip that caught my eye.

It is a light blue/brass core chip with a horseshoe and "Good Luck" on one side, and the other side has "$1" an eagle, and in tiny lettering "Top of the Mark". I think the dealer said it was a California chip, but I can't find a place by that name in my lists. Anyone give me a clue about this?
