Below is a copy of email received that I don't have the specific answer to. I offered the writer to post his question on this bulletin board and see if anyone out there has an answer and he/she has agreed. I know that there are many $500 Puerto Rico chips that can be purchased today from chip dealers and collectors for a relatively small fraction of their large face value. Most of them however are from closed casinos .... or casinos that never opened. Any help with his specific question about changing colors ... other than cash vs. credit chips?? Archie
