If this is all politically motivated I can see that the owners would have a good case for harassment. It seems unusual that the employees don't remember any of the alleged violations taking place. Of course the Mafia never did anything illegal either. It should be interesting to see the outcome. I just hope that they get it settled by March since I was hoping to visit a few of the boats during my trip to Florida.
