Albert, At the New Orleans Harrah's I asked at the slot desk for a blank diamond & platinum slot card & was turned down by 3 different people. All told the same story. Those cards allow the holder special benefits such as free parking, some food comps, etc. All you have to do is flash one of the cards & your in, where ever in is!
