When my wife and I were teenagers (yes, under age) and at Circus•Circus when filming was ongoing, they had signs in front of all the doors. The signs read, something to the effect of: Warning, a major motion picture is being filmed. If you enter this facility, you therefore giving permission, and give up any rights, should you appear in any footage. If you do not agree, then do not enter.

As I recall, it was wall-to-wall people.

And yes, the Mustang footage was the best!
