The HP Y2K chip is available to anyone wanting one or more.
On another note, I passed by the newly constructed Larry Flint Casino, tentatively called the Hustler Casino. The Building, although far from being completed (new approximate opening date is now in April), is beautiful. Modern structure and quite large.
Although I have never in the past agreed with anything Mr. Flint did, stood for, and especially stood UP for, it seems quite ironic to me that such a radical liberal leftist would have signs on the gates to his construction site announcing the fact that he employs non-union workers. By the way, don't anticipate an exceptional looking chip from the Hustler Casino. I understand that they look very similar to the Belligio Chips.
The Hollywood Park trading session today went off just like clockwork. All the tables were full of merchandise. Many trades, sales and purchases were consummated and of course the topic of discussion was the $250.00 Andy received for the Riveria Prono chips as well as the proliferation of commemoratives chips being produced during these last three months.
Many people remarked on the uniqueness of the Fiesta's 2 chip millennium series. I quite agree that so far it seems to have won the hearts and approval of many of us as the most novel idea of the year, and I personally think that a special award or mention should be presented to the Fiesta for originality. The COTY award nominations this year should be quite a lot of fun.
I understand that the Crystal Park Casino did not issue chips this year for the upcoming Seniors tournament. I do not know the reason.
The Bicycle Casino still has not as yet issued their new rack, but I understand that the Hawaiian Gardens will have a new chip or two. Possibly commemorating the grand opening of their new facility in January.
Until later,
