I agree 100%. That is why it is so important to know what is at the address (today) on a Mason card.
The LDG chip I posted is a good example of what you are talking about. Although it was delivered to a persons name, it had to be a card room. Two different molds. If we had the BC Wills records, I bet there would be more information.
