Mike, what type of promotion is at Lady Luck -- win card or something else? Are promo chips involved, and how do you obtain them?

As for other promos, Sunset Station is still running a Win Cards promotion I think. As of last summer, Excalibur and Palace Station had Win Card promotions, but I don't know if they are still going or not. One of the local LV chippers may be able to verify.
