I thought that my mind had turned to mush but I guess not. I actually read and retained the purpose behind the + and - signs. I don't really care how they are handled in the future except that I find those signs to be the most valuable part of the guide. They will signify at a glance which chips have been found in quantity and therefore can save you a lot of money. You don't have to buy a lot of overpriced chips to pay for the Chip Rack; I know, as I have done it several times. I keep a copy of TCR4 in my car for use when travelling and at work. Nothing like buying a "J" valued chip on eBay at work and then getting home to see it is now a "H" valued chip in TCR5. Oh well, you can't win them all.
