It doesn't look like that's what they're talking about building George. It just looks weird to me.

...I paid less for my townhouse than many doublewides (or a manufactured homes as they prefer to call them now) sell for these days, at a HUD auction no less!
I've lived in every possible dwelling (an 8x40 foot mobile for a while), and have been homeless (lived in my car, then out of a closet in a poolhall). The S&L bailout in the late 80's wasn't a total loss, it helped me buy my home...

Again, the resort housing units don't sound like low-income housing. They might be getting HUD funding for multiunit buildings, but if they aren't using all of that construction to house those that need it due to income restraints, the HUD funding just doesn't fit into the picture. 700-800 homes and 18,000 jobs? Again, the whole deal looks weird to me. The numbers just don't jibe.
