You have a nice chip that is unfortunately encased in plasic permanently. I don't know of anyone who has been able to remove the plastic from such as chip. There are two possibilities. Your chip is TCR N1232 if there are three Green edge inserts and there are little hats and canes on the outside rim. Or it could be TCR V1457 if there are the same 3 edge inserts and dice and cards around the outside. The first chip is worth $150-175 and the second is worth $350-399 IF IN EXCELLENT CONDITION. I have no idea what they would be worth encased in the plastic but it would be considerably less.
