Paul, I didn't get a chance to meet you last weekend but I hope we do so in the future. I have it on good authority that security was beefed up after the roulette dealers reported that they were running short on chips from one of the tables. It seems like some slight of hands guys from California took boxes of chips. One guy is reported to have left the country & gone to Spain! When I was at the IP I saw a guy with a hat that said something like, "Give me your chips or I'll knock your block off." There was some other idiot walking around the roulette tables wearing a teal baseball cap with a black bill that said something in a strange foreign language. I think that one said, "Kiss my grits. I'm a roulette chip collector & you're NOT!" I have a feeling someone noticed these two guys & security was alerted. Talk about calling attention to yourself! I was also told that the folks at IP got word after the craps tournament at the New Palace Casino, that $78,532 worth of chips were missing from the table. That queered it for everybody that was left on Sunday & Monday, even down to picking up a loose slot card. I was at Casino Magic much of the time & never got involved with any of that nonsense.
