Despite the good time there I don't think the Imperial Palace will be there for long. While there, they told me that the prized auto collection was sold in October and they were actually loading some of them onto a car carrier during the Blast. Most of the table game dealers had been there only 3 or 4 weeks. When asked why, the most common answer was that dealers live on tips and when there are no customers, there are no tips. It actually is a very nice property and would make a nice home for a Hard Rock. I actually enjoyed gambling there a lot. Where else can you find $1 blackjack tables these days?
