Tammy, some browsers and applications, particularly Netscape, use the file extension to determine what type of file to display. Other browsers and apps look inside the file to see what it is when there is no extension. If you had named the file 12tree.jpg instead of 12tree, more people would have fewer problems. IMHO Netscape puts IE to shame in most categories. This isn't one of them. Oh well.
