... nice painting of Mt. Tam from an unusual perspective (from northeast, more or less). The view from the south is much more commonly shown. I enjoy the mountain and run on its trails frequently -- several years ago, I embarked on a plan to run every trail on the mountain in both directions (up/down, out/back and or clockwise/counterclockwise). Took me almost four years to get it done, but I finally did -- more than 175 trails, some of which are either remote or steep or both. Wore out four running partners in the process, until I struck on the idea of taking my granddogs with me. They never give up!!
