... here. I received a similar message from the seller, Dan Bakker. I asked him if the opening bid was a typo. He replied:
"Is the opening bid a typo? yes and ebay will not let you change price...dan"
Also seems self-defeating for eBay, as no one is going to buy at that price. Anyone know if it would be possible to simply cancel the auction and re-do with the correct opening bid (eBugger?) ... and if so, whether that would mean having to pay two eBay insertion fees?
BTW, I have made a couple of purchases from Dan; his prices are always fair and he provides prompt, professional service. ----- jim o\-S
