I'll attempt to answer your question about commemoratives from the selected casinos that you named. Of those you listed, the only casinos having new commemoratives in past couple weeks would be the Sam's Town $5. poker tournament chip, and the Hacienda grand opening chips.
Sunset Station releases a millenium chip on the 1st of each month, you may or may not find some previous ones at the cage. Showboat had a 45th anniversary chip not very long ago, as well as a PBA bowling chip; you'd have to ask at cage if some of those are left. At the Reserve, you can still find the
occasional grand opening chip. I was at RR Pass last week, and I saw a couple
of their 1997 Oktoberfest chips there.
And, there will be Millenium 2000 chips coming at Sam's Town, Boulder Station,
and Railroad Pass, but no word yet on a release date for those.
In Laughlin, Colorado Belle and Edgewater will be having millenium chips, and the Golden Nugget to have a chip named "Cool River Nights". Probably others
coming in Laughlin as well.
And, there have not been commemoratives from Avi.
