Kerry; I'm no lawyer... and I'll leave it up to them and the courts to define obscene vs. pornographic. Who was it that said; "I can't define it but I'll know it when I see it." In my mind, NONE of the three chips released by Riviera border on either of those two terms.... even with the definitions you have quoted from Webster. They certainly don't arouse me. If any of those three chip images arouse anyone, the problem is deep-rooted within those individuals.
