We tend to mix up the two words, pornography and obscenity. Note the following from Webster (online):
1 : the depiction of erotic behavior (as in pictures or writing) intended to cause sexual excitement
2 : material (as books or a photograph) that depicts erotic behavior and is intended to cause sexual excitement
3 : the depiction of acts in a sensational manner so as to arouse a quick intense emotional reaction <the pornography of violence>
The chips certainly would be considered pornography due to the state of dress (or undress) of the models, at least two of the three. They would not fall under the category of obscenity as defined (or undefined) by the US Supreme Court.
Although, personally, I think the chips are in poor taste, I must agree with another post which points out this is Las Vegas. Whoever said the Las Vegas was famous for good taste?<G>
