Larry & Trav; I see Tammy's image very clearly. I was having similar problems as both of you have described until I upgraded my AOL 4.0 to version 5.0. I note that neither one of you are AOL subscribers so I don't pretend to know what the problem is on your end. However, other AOLers have told me, that many of their problems such as image quality and the bb not going back to where they left off when clicking on the back button, have been fixed as soon as they upgraded to version 5.0
