Ok guys, especially Larry. My post was a simple alert to other potential bidders on the second auction which was posted after I e-mailed the seller. I would not even mentioned it on the board except for the fact that the seller did not change the wording on the second sale, nor did he ever, as yet, respond to my mail. As for being an accomplice in the crime, Im not trying to defend the obvious mistake I made by not questioning the seller prior to bidding, just letting others know of a possible problem. How can I abet in a crime with no profit motive? All Im saying is that the preponderence of evidence on this seller shows me that hes not trying to correct the problem and I wont deal with her/him again. Perhaps in the future I should keep my errors to myself so I can be the only one to learn from them. Don
