There was a thread on this mold awhile back.
I got these from Mike Spinnetti today. FINNETTI@AOL.COM. He has them for sale or trade. They are from TK Speciality Co when it was in Kansas City, Mo.

He also has but NOT for trade or sale, 1 each of many different examples of CC mold chips with casino names on them. One that caught my eye was O'Dyers in New Orleans. Many have illegal club names and many have legal Casino names. They were made as samples and never used in a casino. I must say they are one of the most beautiful sets I have ever seen. Not normal colors for old casino chips.
some also have the TK Speciality name on them.
