Myself and fellow cohorts that cover drag racing had been trying to figure out a way to do what you're gonna do in Biloxi without stepping on the toes of the networks that own the video rights to the races. 30 second spacing worked for them. Then the sanctioning body wanted their rights as the seller to the networks protected by a much longer spacing between images to our primary sponsor than to their website (which we also provide content to as a minor sponsor), even if we bought all of the equipment and set it up at every race. If Rene thought he had a problem using the club logo on a t-shirt, try transmitting live video from the media center at a racetrack onto the WWW without jumping through a succession of hoops that are owned and very carefully protected by those that own them.
