Larry; I would like to remind you and others that the club constitution passage that you have cited was drawn up and adopted long before the club even thought of a web site. Having said that, there will always be rules and guidelines for the membership to follow in order to maintain any sense of order and to make changes. Otherwise, everybody would be doing there own thing. In fact, sometimes I think a few members are attempting doing their own thing anyhow.... and then wondering why somebody is pulling them up short when they cross the line.
